How do I contact your customer service team? You can contact us on 07359 418706 or free phone within the UK on 0800 774 7856 (9am to 5pm on weekdays).
What are your delivery charges and timescales? The delivery charge is £3.00 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service, occasionally we use Parcel Force or DPD for larger parcels. Goods should arrive within 3-4 working days. Delivery is free if you spend over £35.
If you need your item more quickly then please choose Special Delivery when you get to the checkout, and we will send it by Royal Mail Special Delivery, the cost for this service is £7.50, the item should reach you within 1-2 working days.
Can I change my delivery address? You can change delivery address providing the order has not already been packed. If you need to do so please contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I choose a different delivery address to the billing address? Yes, there are two sections to complete, the first is the billing address and the second is the delivery address.
Can you include a gift card? Yes, please leave a note for us when you get to checkout and we will include a gift card and will ensure not to include any invoices with the order.
Is VAT included?: VAT at the standard rate of 20% is included, this may be amended as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
Will you despatch my order overseas? Yes, the cost to send overseas will be £10 to Europe and £20 to the Rest of the World, and we will use the Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed Service. A signature will be required on delivery and the buyer will be responsible for any import duty/VAT or similar. Please note we cannot despatch to PO Boxes. The worldwide service takes approximately 6-7 days and the European Service approximately 3-5 days.
What happens if I need to return goods : In the unlikely event that goods are delivered faulty or you wish to return for any other reason please follow the returns procedure as outlined on our Delivery and Returns page.
