How do I contact your customer service team? You can contact us on 01252 821669 (9am to 5pm on weekdays).
What are your delivery charges and timescales? The postage charge is £4.50 for standard signed-for delivery. Goods should arrive within 2-3 working days.
Can I change my delivery address? You can change delivery address providing the order has not already been packed. If you need to do so please contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I choose a different delivery address to the billing address? Yes, there are two sections to complete, the first is the billing address and the second is the delivery address.
Is VAT included?: VAT at the standard rate of 20% is included, this may be amended as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
Will you despatch my order overseas? We are happy to despatch goods overseas but depending on the destination we would have to check postal and VAT rates and delivery timings prior to acceptance of the order. please therefore contact us by email at email@example.com before placing any overseas order.
