We use Facebook's Conversions API as well as the Facebook pixel. Data is shared using your web browser and from Shopify's servers, and is sent directly to Facebook's servers. Data sent from server to server can't be blocked by browser-based ad blockers. Your personal information is used to match users on Facebook's network. The information collected using this setting includes your name, location, email address, and phone number, as well as your browsing behaviour in the online store.
We share your information with our core service providers and third party platforms where necessary for our business to function. For example, we provide your address to Evri, DPD or Royal Mail who fulfil our deliveries. Occasionally we use DHL, UPS and APC for our larger deliveries and your address would also be provided with them.
If you choose to provide feedback on your transaction, we will share your information with Yotpo, a third party feedback site, who will capture your feedback on transactions which we use to enhance our customer service and experience.
Your information may be processed by third party apps in order to maintain the functionality of our website and database.
Whilst you are signed up to receive email marketing, we will share your information with our trusted email service provider, Seguno. You are able to unsubscribe at any time and they are not permitted to use your information after you unsubscribe.
